Verity Satellite Events are tailored to larger groups over 30 people in formal church settings. We will equip you with resources and permissions that allow you to host your church community through gospel-centered hospitality.

The Verity Conference is completely virtual this year, which means there is no in-person gathering hosted by the conference team. A Satellite Event allows your church to host a gathering where you and your community can participate in the conference together via livestream. This creates a space for fellowship, discussion, and encouragement.

We believe hospitality is a wonderful way to reach unbelievers and build connections with fellow believers. By opening your church doors, you can foster meaningful conversations, deepen relationships, and experience the conference in a personal, interactive setting.

 

As a Satellite Event location you will have two package options for your event:

Church Assembly: $1,000 for up to 75 people

Church Community: $1,500 for over 75 people

What if I'm not looking to host, but I'd like to attend a public Satellite Event near me?

Check out our list of public events! As an individual attendee, you can search the list to see if there are any Verity Locals or Satellite Events open to the public near you and contact the host for more information. Check back often – the list will update as more events are planned.

What if I'm not sure how many guests I will have?
Start small! You’ll receive the option to upgrade your ticket closer to the event if you have more guests than originally anticipated.
Can I get a refund if I purchase the larger package but don't need it?
We will not be offering any refunds for Verity Conference 2025 – we encourage you to start small if you’re not sure of your guest count. You will receive the option to upgrade your ticket closer to the event if you have more guests than originally anticipated.
What does hosting entail?
Hosting can be as simple or elaborate as you’d like! Verity Locals are typically smaller groups under 30 that are invited into your home to view the event. We want to equip our hosts with the skills and understanding to feel confident in providing a warm and comfortable place for people to dive into what the Bible says, so they can live it boldly. You’ll receive plenty of support from us leading up to the event to help you prepare.
What kind of tech setup do I need?

Check with your church’s tech team to ensure the setup runs smoothly.You’ll need a reliable internet connection and a way to stream the Simulcast live, such as a laptop, smart TV, or projector.

What kind of support will I receive as a Satellite Event host?
We want to equip and support you in making your local event a success! As a Satellite Event church location, you will receive:

✅ Verity Trailers – and the rights to screen them within your church or gathering as appropriate.
✅ Tech Support – Includes a video class to help with technical setup and a live support line available on the event day.
✅ Public map listing (optional) – invite local women from outside your congregation
Do I have to provide food and decorations?
The format of your event is completely up to you. However, we encourage you to be intentional in how you host, recognizing that hospitality is a powerful way to reflect the love of Christ. By offering a welcoming environment, you have the opportunity to invite others into a space where they can experience His love, grace, and truth in a meaningful way. Whether your gathering is simple or elaborate, we hope you feel inspired and equipped to create a space where others are drawn closer to the heart of God, finding encouragement and fellowship in His Word. Our prayer is that this event will be a time of deep connection, spiritual growth, and lasting impact for all who attend.
Can I host a Verity Local in my church for smaller groups?
Absolutely! Verity Locals can be hosted in homes, community spaces, or anywhere that works best for you and your group.
