Verity FAQ’S

The Verity Conference is fully virtual this year, which means there will be no in-person event organized by the conference team. However, you have the opportunity to host a Verity Local—a local gathering where you and your community can join the conference together via livestream.

Verity Local events provide a way to experience the conference in a more personal, interactive setting. Whether in your home, church, or community space, hosting creates space for meaningful conversation, connection, and shared learning.

You’ll also have the chance to host a Verity Local in person, offering the benefits of face-to-face community while still participating in the virtual conference content.

To register as a Verity Local host, visit the official Verity Conference website and fill out the interest form. This lets us know you’re interested, and you’ll be among the first to receive event updates and details on purchasing tickets once they become available.

Hosting can be as simple or elaborate as you’d like! You can invite a small group into your home or gather a larger group at your church. We want to equip our hosts with the skills and understanding to feel confident in providing a warm and comfortable place for people to dive into what the Bible says so they can live it boldly.

The Verity Conference will take place online on October 3-4, 2025.

 As a host, you’ll receive:

• A Verity Local Host Box with helpful resources
• A discount code for the Verity Shop
• Handouts and discussion guides
• A worship playlist
• Access to the Hospitality Hosting Course in Circle to help you prepare.

Whether you’re hosting a Verity Local or attending one, decisions about whether children are invited are up to the host. If childcare is not provided, we recommend making arrangements for your little ones so you can fully engage with the event and connect with other attendees.

Please note: Due to open discussions on sensitive topics such as sexuality and pornography, we recommend attendance for ages 13 and up.

Although the majority of attendees will be women, we would like to extend an invitation to men to join us. Our event features both male speakers and worship leaders, and we warmly welcome men. Husbands are particularly encouraged to attend.

You will be able to rewind the stream to start at a later time, if you are in another time zone and need to start later.

We highly recommend doing an equipment test prior to the event, and having the person that normally runs A/V for your church there for support during both the equipment test and at the event. Our team will be available for support throughout the conference, but we are still a fairly small team. Since we aren’t acquainted with your church’s specific equipment, having your A/V support person present is highly recommended. If you need support right away, please submit a help ticket here.
